Helen began consulting in 1978 and established her independent practice in 1983. Her consulting has included strategic planning, organizational development and change management consulting with service industry clients. Her services include designing and facilitating large group processes, and providing individual/team coaching to establish clarity of vision, develop broad and in depth environmental assessments, and create broad-based support for implementing strategies for action. Helen developed her strength in meeting design and facilitation in small and large group settings through broad and deep experience in private and non-profit settings and community engagements.
